Abstract
Composite Higgs models present a solution to the Higgs mass hierarchy problem in the SM. The Higgs field is identified with a pseudo Nambu-Goldstone boson of the spontaneously broken global symmetry from a new strongly coupled sector. Flavour physics place strong constraint on the strongly coupled models. I shall present a scenario where flavour constraints are overcome by the combination of Technicolor-like masses and partial compositeness.
I will also talk on possible underlying theories where these scenarios can be implemented and their viability when taking into consideration the new 750 GeV siginal as a true resonance.
